I was flicking through the latest and came across this article.

I wonder if this is why the Gen3 problems went unoticed for so long.

Doesn't sound like HSV have anything to quiver about?

The article (it's not an ad paulc) is talking about the way different manufacturers test power output. The HSV method and standard (ECE) is all stated there so what are they hiding or quivering about?
