my poor baby took at tap from a pole this morning....not happy at all, the damage is minimal and hopefully i can fix it all up myself. the only problem is the flared part over the rear wheel has been pushed in and looks to be a pain to pop out.

anyone got any suggestions on how i should go about popping / tapping it out?

Get a jack and a lump of wood, stick it between the sub frame and the body, and slowly and carefully pump it out - worth a shot :0)

so i gather the pole just jumped out and hit ya? bastard pole - i would have got out and had serious words with it!

i see from your pics that you have the bumper fitted and EF (?) door trims - it looks great!

but sorry i cant help you with the panel damage, apart from suggesting a big hammer lol
