My Cars Written off

Well I was coming back from tafe and had a few ppl I wanted to show off to and it was wet so I thought beuaty and went around a corner at about 40km :S and then gave her the full plant it dropped back to first and spun nicely and then it just cut sick and sent the arse end right out so I steered back and I think the powersteering stuffed up or something cause it was about half a turn done easily and then the arse end flew around the other direction and sent me flying into this bridge barrier thing and its written off I didnt think I did that much damage but when I looked at my bonnet it was in the air and my motor was pushed up a little bit. Was bad as I dont recommend wet roads to anyone even people with datsuns!!!!!!!

Re: My Cars Written off

Pics will be good. I think carparks are better for that sort of thing. Bridges, no way I'd do anything there!

It may seem as a write off to you but just wait 'til the insurance mob get a look at it. How much is it worth?

Re: My Cars Written off

I bet it will take a while to live that one down with your mates.

BTW my brain almost ran out of breathe reading your post. Punctuation makes a big difference and is a hell of alot easier to read.

Not the steering, just wet roads are slippery roads lol, cars can slide in very funny ways somtimes!

Re: My Cars Written off

lol sorry about my great punctuation. Done to many msn messenger chats I think.... umm yeah it was my fault but I was not expecting it to slide like it did. I got it on the road for about 4 grand and they valued it at $5500 so I not sure how much I will get. The guy who had the toe truck from AAMI said it was a definate write off!!!!!! serves them right for not letting me get 2.5 inch exaust.

Watch what you say, if they find out you did it on purpose they won't cover you.
