After a few months wait, some research & a week of shopping around, I finally bought my first bike! (i'm going to be broke for a while though lol) Three of my mates have CBR's, so i thought i'd be a little different.. maybe the powerband had something to do with it..? dunno.. Anyway, it's a 94 RGV250. I picked her up for $4500 on the road with a helmet. Also bought myself a mad Rjays jacket for $280. I'm wrapped!! :s5

A friend of mine has a GSXR750 which he bought for $710 in a public tender. It had been in a crash and had a fair bit of damage. The oil cooler and fairing took most of the brunt. After a year and around $1700 he now has a beutiful bike and quick too I might add. He took me for a ride once and I tell ya 240km/hr is damn quick in the open At least not youll beable to squeeze through traffic jams :s2:
lol jk mate, nice looking bike there. Nothing like the speed you feel on a bike, hell I feel much faster at 50kph on my moutain bike than 120kph in the Fairlane.
What's the deal with getting your learners? The one day course then on your learners for 6 months?
/me goes and prays his mate will give him his '91 CBR250 cheap when he's done with it
