Or maybe they could have the Hillier conversion as a 'factory' optional extra.

Well if we're heading back to '70s-style horsepower wars, maybe '70s style coupes would fit in. Time will tell I suppose...

I saw that Arrow coupe on the road the other day. I was going through Rhodes in Sydney when this Coupe went straight past me. It had the beefiest exhaust note I have ever heard on a late model car. It was awesome. It had trade plates on it and everyone around was just staring at it.
Somehow I doubt Ford would get serious with this car.....

It would be nice to have a coupe like the "Arrow". Although I'd do something about that front end.

My grandad had an XB 351 2 door Falcon, was it actually called a hardtop, because that is what we used to call it? If it was that name, maybe they should bring them back again, i would buy one just because my grandad had one. Bring back memories of when he was alive. My granny sold that car, it is pretty much trashed now

Yes they were known as the hardtop. From my understanding, in those days there was even an LTD-based coupe called the Landau.

Hardtop, I just want one! Thanks for clarifying that Jack.
