New display Ford GT (GT40)

I have mentioned this in my other thread but thought it deserved its own thread so everyone gets the news.

The Ford Discovery Centre has JUST taken delivery of the 2004 Ford GT (GT40) for display until it begins its roadshow around the motorshows next year.

I am still a bit speechless as I just had a test sit but if you want to come and have a look at an awesome piece of machinery, drop in to the Discovery Centre in Geelong. Open daily except Tuesdays 10am-5pm.

Brrrmmmm brrrmmmmmm!!

No, the new GT40's are called Ford GT.

They dropped the 40 cos they were no longer 40 inches tall.

Re: New display Ford GT (GT40)

Even better than that... its cos the c*ck-knocker that owns the rights to the GT40 name wants several Million $$ for Ford to use it....

Yeah and now they bastard who owns it won't let go of it for less than millions. Ford didn't care enough and told him to go jump. Haha.
