Rather than everything being squeezed into one forum, I have expanded from 2 to 5 EA forums. They are:

All should be self explanatory (especially The Ben Forum) and what I will start to do is move posts between forums so that each thread is where it belongs. This change will reduce the amount of posts being deleted.

Tuning section:

This section will be coming within a week or 2, and will include frequently asked questions - things like exterior mods, MPI conversions, etc, that will reduce the number of new posts on the board about issues that have been covered before.

Donations required:

These changes mean that this discussion board will do the job just fine for another six months, but in order to maintain the lack of advertisements, the time has come to renew the subscription. I have no reasonable way of receiving donations for the additional expense of keeping the main site ad-free so will foot that bill myself, but donations can be made from the address below:

A new feature enabling pictures to be uploaded to the ezboard server will also become functional when the required funds are present.

I have seen that you need donations, spoken with ILS about helping you guys out. I can provide hosting, probably for free, without advertisements and also host a discussion board as the one you currently use. Anyhow all admin rights would be given to ILSAutomotive of course and his in all right, I will help with upgrades and new script installations as well as maintaining the server. Anyhow take a look.

of course this can be made the same url as we currently use so it would convert smoothly, or we could upgrade to something like www.eaclub.com . The forum has just beeen setup for you guys to look at, of course it is fully customizable from colours to the entire layout and so on.
I will also be able to help out with heaps of other things inlcuding the hosting of pictures for everyone as well as hosting the ford.i8.com site.
Take a look, if it aint sound good then that is ok we can go which ever way we are going.

Wow I've gotta say that is fantastic.

One question, which isn't that important anyway: is it possible to have your discussion board integrated with the site? The reason I ask is because I am currently using frames which is about 50 years of work in order to make this board appear integrated.

Other than that, it looks fantastic and I would be interested in completely converting over to that board over time (thanks to some generous donations so far, we have gone a long way towards paying off the renewal of this board - which evidently will be the last time we need to do so).

Regarding the full domain idea, what I would ideally like is to have a temporary, transitional phase where the domain might just include something like the Flash into Swoopa designed a while back, and a link to the i8 site.

Yes of course you can integrate the board into this site exactly the same way that it is done now. Simply on the left hand frame where you have 'discussions' button just link it to new address.

And with the domain that can be done anyway it needs to be done easily.

What I meant was, can I integrate it into the site and eliminate frames also? But it is no big deal...

That could be done also, if you wanted to eliminate frams of course you would need to change your site design a little, or if you wanted to keep it the same and just get rid of the frames for the discussion board so it is full screen then that is easy.
