GoAuto is going to have news and pics up at 12am, I'm certainly looking forward to it, have always been a fan of the current style Magna, certainly shits all over the dogs Toyota come out with. Even though it's been out for years, still looks very modern and aggressive, to me anyway. Anybody else looking forward to the new one? I'm almost as excited as when the BA drip feed was happening, hopefully they haven't made it ugly!!

Unless it's suddenly turned RWD, not particularly interested here. Mind you, if Mr Bishi Australia decided to "grow a set" and bring out a force fed AWD Magna sports, I would be interested to see what sort of device that ended up being.

Apart from that, standard Magnas? In my books, nothing better than appliances. Fundamentally compromised and crippled with FWD - a true representation of the lack of commitment of the manufacturer to any sort of sporting pretension. Remove it from my sight!

umm like subaru they are going AWD, now if ralliart start doing their stuff right we may just have an XR6T competitor lucking in our midst, mind you i would still go the XR6T purely cos of the rear drive set up and it has its own unique in your face personality with the blue oval proudly sitting on its rump.

If they can make an AWD Magna, can't they just make a RWD one also? AWD is great, but they need to make a RWD lineup, and prefferably a V8. I might be dreaming, but Imagine what Mitsubishi would do if they had a RWD/AWD Magna with a blown V6 and Chrysler V8. All they need then is the car to be a little bigger, and the interior more classy on not so plasticy.
