New Magna!

I saw it on the news earlier and it looks like a Hybrid Rear end of an Old Magna, VT commodore Nose and very farmiliar headlights! Looks like they took the "best bits" of other cars and tried to slap em on an old the current Magna! DAM UGLY IF YOU ASK ME!!!

Seen it? What do you think?

Youve only just seen that car now? Its scared me for life. Lights look a little better with chrome on black surrounds - see mellor's auto news.

Re: New Magna!

I have to look at those lights everyday , and maintain the machinery that makes them .
Wether they have a black or chrome bezel , they still look pox.

Re: New Magna!

Any body got ant pic's off the new Magna,
I will hold judgement untill I have seen one in the flesh, because once you see them in the flesh they start to grow on you, just like the VY, I thought it was but ugly when I seen the pic's but now it's out the car dosn't look to bad.

But then you compare it to a better designed car, like the ba, It looks comparibly like crap. I don't care if it grows on me or not, it's going to be a poorly designed car forever.

Re: New Magna!

Will need to see it in the metal I think.

Cant look any worse than the Camry with its km of overhang over the back.

Seems like Toyota and Mitsubishi cant win in Aus. We accuse them of building whitegoods of wheels then they try and build something a bit different and we bag them for being ugly and too different.

This is the reason I love AUs. You see one coming and you KNOW it is an AU. New Magna is similar I thinks.
