I can confirm 3 locations of the new speed and redlight cameras. They are
1} The intersection of Heathorton & Corrigan roads Noble Park
2} " " " " Lightwood & Corrigan roads Noble Park
3} " " " " Gladston & Heatherton roads Dandenong

Does anyone know of any other new ones besisdes these?

I did see a list of all the fixed speed cameras in Victoria. I'll try and get it again.

There's also the one on Alexandra Pde, first lights after the Freeway.

Intersection of dandenong rd and oorong road (not sure of the suburb)

Manningham Road - heading up towards docaster, just before the intersection of manningham road and high street there is a speed and red light camera at the intersection where Macedon Square is.

Doesn't it work no matter whether you are heading towards or from the freeway?

Nope. It is aimed purely at the traffic heading towards the freeway.
I haven't noticed another camera heading up the Parade but I'll have a look in the morning to see if there's one there..
