The markets certainly think so! Seen the shares of Insurance companies? And it is now impossible to obtain insurance that includes war risk (the aviation industry is worried about that one!)

With all the talk of the war against terrorism lasting up to 10 years, and america preparing themselves for suck a long drawn out operation, I don't think that the effects can be looked on lightly, this is going to be very serious conflict in a manner in which we have never seen. I am already being warned by many of those around me to expect to face conscription in the future.
I will be praying that is for sure.

Before the Gulf war started everyone feared the same about becoming a World War but it didn't, lets just wait and see.

Anyways something has to be done about it, if a superpower like the US which has the ability to detect missle launches from around the world was attacked by terrorists who made it look so easy to do that, we are all in deep sh!t.
Who is to say they won't use a chemical, biological or nuclear weapons in the near future? and by the sound of it they are not far from that.

Considering the amount of money Bin Laden has then it would be no surprise that some of the terrorist groups has atleast one, if not all three of those. And there wouldnt be one of his followers that would hesitate to detinate one in a major populated area in a Western Nation.
