New video on FPV site.

I just got my FPV newsletter stating that there was a new video on the site with John Bowe and a GT at the you yangs proving ground. It looks pretty good but i cant seem to view it properly.

Does anyone know how i can just download it without streaming it?? Or if i can download it from somewhere else?

Theres also a few other new things on the site too.

Thanks.

Re: New video on FPV site.

I watched it... great sideways action with John Bowe in a GT with a Pursuit ute on his tail!
As for keeping the video , go to C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files and it should be in there as an .asx(f) file called FPV_100.asf. 26.4 meg in size
(broadband anyway) I think you'll find it here on any Win200 or XP machine. Win'98, I'm not sure.

http://www.fpv.com.au/streamingmedia/FPV_100.asf
If u open Media Player -> Open URL and put that URL in, the video will stream. When it finishes dling, click File -> Save Media As.

Terribly disappointed at the lack of smoke compared to the Mark Skaife one! Damnit Ford advertising, pull ur socks up!

That was the bit of the video that made me smile. Good to see that someone like JB can enjoy driving a GT that hard. :s6:

Re: New video on FPV site.

Very nice! Loved the driving, especially when the cars were having a go at each other.

Good to see FPV making a direct reference to HSV!

Re: New video on FPV site.

I like the 3rd or 4th gear slide onto the straight, even Bowey knew it was on the edge..

Pretty decent vid
