A while back I saw an old nissan pulsar in a carpark with the number plate "XW GT", I was tempted to wait for the owner to get back so I could ask him WTF MATE!? Then today a mate of mine messages me telling me he's just seen a standard looking AU fairlane with the plate "XB 302", which aint quite so weird but still, gotta be a story there. Anyone know either of these?
I've seen a green car (can't remember the model anymore, it was way back in the day) that had the #plate "WITH NV"

The best plate I've seen (other than my own) was on an F355 Ferrari.
It drove down the street past us, and we all turned to look at it.
Then noticed the number plate:
"NICE"
People will often purchase plates for their project cars while the cars are being built, taking the opportunity to grab plates while they are available but not wanting to pay for storage.
