Just recently I purchased a Nokia 3650. I'm very happy with it except for one little quirk.
I usually have the phone on the "general" profile under which I have the ring volume set to maximum. This works fine most of the time but occasionally when I receive a call the ring volume is very very feint. So much so I only hear it if it's right next to me - say in the kitchen or so. The ring tune is the same, only the volume is lower.
I don't think it's related to the number that is calling or whether or not the screen saver is on at the time the call is received. Has anyone heard of this before? It's annoying!
I have software version 3.13 25-04-2003 NHL-8
I've heard that a temporary fix is to turn on vibration. Any other thoughts?
Well I should be able to use whatever profile I want and not have them change on me! Only general provides you with the date on the main screen, the other profiles use that space to display the profile name.
take it to a service place maybe? or where you brought it? or drop it then it will consistanly silent, dont you find the buttons annoying on that phone? looks odd to me
Take it back I say, Ive had enough of the problems with nokia myself and i assure you that I will never buy from them again. I have heard a number of times how people have problems with nokia phones.
