Hi Guys I will be doing the Nsw Driver Qualification Test on Wednesday. So i can get off these crappy P Plates.

has anyone on here done it ??

I have been reading up and i dont like the attitude of the RTA against young drivers. Sure some are dropkicks but writing 90 pages of garbage cmon.

I would prefer to do a real world test in the car like you did from Ls to Ps

Hey Jimmy, Im on the same boat as u. But ive been too lazy to go sit for the test. Plus i really cant be bothered reading 90pgs of something i already know.

Why cant they just check our clean driving records and just issue our silver licence like they use to do.

Bloody RTA is too greedy and want to milk more and more money out of us.

I guess i should go sit for that test soon.

might even go on thursday.

yeah man i know. I would be even happy to drive around with someone from the RTA like they do for the L Platers but make it a wee bit harder.

I still like the QLD rules better.

When I got my license, it was L's at 16 (Computer Test), P's at 17 (Driving test), and Un-restricted at 18...

Very easy IMHO :) Its got both its good and bad points under the new system.

damn i feel sorry for ya vic guys and gals.......

i never had to do a test to get off mah P's, just had to go and renew my license :D

plus we can drive a manual even if we do our L's in an auto :D
