The car is an EB Fairmont Ghia auto with a 5.0. It has a full leather interior and premium sound which consists of a 6 cd stacker in the boot, amplifier for the speakers and a sub mounted under the parcel tray. It has the usual ghia options such as ABS, LSD diff, cruise etc.
I don't know what kit it is but the rear peice fits over the rear bar and the front is a complete replacement. I dont however like the grill. It looks a bit weird. Ive never seen a grill like that before either.
Planned mods? Hell yes! My friend has a V8 manual conversion which I hope to carry out soon. Apart from that I want to tint the windows a little more and paint the b pillars black like the EA series 1.
The car goes pretty hard although my boss raced me in the EA and the EA kept up (5 speed MPI 3.23 diff), but for general comfort the EB is awesome
Just wait until it has a 5 speed! I've seen a friend's stock manual EB XR8 in action (it's a bit of a heap now coz he doesn't look after it & goes through about 3 sets of tyres a month) & it would absolutely eat my Ghia!
Don't be scared about the EA keeping up, after all a stock S-pack 5 speed can out-pace an XB-GT.
I just love the seats in mine! You not only sink into them, sometimes they're a bastard to climb out of! Welcome to the Ghia Lounge...
most people mistake the kist for a VN GpA coppy, but im 99.95% sure that it its the front and rear bar designed by Jeff Haragry for the SM Scorcher 2dr V8 EA.
