Fat people run a far bigger risk of death or serious injury in a car accident compared to people who are slim or of average weight, a study says.
Researchers in Seattle, Washington, looked at car accidents that involved 26,000 people and discovered that people with obesity were more than twice as likely to die than people with a normal body-fat index.
