*OFFICIAL* FordForums weight loss/gain petition 2005
Ok peeps, this is it. I have the current list ready to start this program.
The rules are, no drugs, and as much effort as possible.
In an effort to try and reduce the overweight population in order to prolong life expectancy and a healthier lifestyle, it is important for those officially participating to try and stick to a regular routine in what ever way they choose. Do not be discouraged if you relapse every now and then, just aslong as get back on track and not let the food/drink consume YOU! Overall, try to be realistic in your efforts or you may burnout sooner than what you think!
Those who are looking to gain muscle tone, gain weight, try to be contrlloed as far as how much weight or muscle you want to gein. The last thing you need is to over do it on your first day on the bench and pull a muscle somewhere. Once again, be realistic in your own expectations.

Anybody not certain about joining in/not joining in, please let me know.
I will state however, that I plan on not losing weight per say, as using the scales should not be the deciding factor of weight loss if your not grossly overweight, but rather Im changing my body shape to give the appearance of me looking like Ive lost some pounds. This is what my trainer has suggested to me, and it works. I will post pics of me a little while ago of what I looked like (urrgghh) and I will keep trying to post regular updates as to my progress. Feel free to do the same.
The official starting date is January 5th 2005, but if your keen to get started, by all means go right ahead.
Unofficially, the finishing Date was in April but that may be increased longer depnding on demand. More info will be posted once a consensus has been reached.
Please make further suggestions in your methods of weight loss/gain if you feel you are making good progress.
