Well today i met my new team leader, and to be totally blunt he is a f**king moron. Screws up our work routines, and gets round like he owns the place.
We have a cardboard compactor at work, i'm thinking very seriously of seeing how flat i can get him tomorrow afternoon.
Anyone else have a boss or co-worker that pisses them off?
I have just recently changed job's and my new boss is great, I can have time off etc anytime I like no question's asked, if it's quiet I can sit around and watch the T.V and no complaint's, the work itself is very strenous but the people and the boss is great.

well working in a factory and having 'bigwigs' that have never spent 5 minutes on the floor, making changes and decisions without thinking about how it will affect the worker is really annoying. usually it makes my job harder. also my production manager really pisses me off too. i get to work early, before everyone else, usually leave after everyone else and do their work as well as mine coz if i dont do it then it isnt going to get done, and after all that effort (no its not arse kissing either) the lazy MoFos that rock up late, go home early do jack shit all day and have days off coz their lazy get rostered on for more work than me coz they play footy with the production manager.
warrnambool lynch mob please!!!

my boss is going through menapause at the moment & is taking us all along for the ride, well i can tell you its not a nice place to be working in at the moment! The mood changes are the worst & wondering if she'll be in a good mood or not when you have to ask her a question! My old boss was a legend, he was the same age as me & didnt care just so long as you did the work!
my boss is sneaky, he is cool, lets you do what you want as long as work is done...BUT if you stuff your F%^*&D. He'll come down on you like a ton of bricks. I can't say I hate working there. I enjoy working with the other employees who are around my age. I also have my 3 best friends working there. Although 1 is leaving. Anyways being in a big company you always have too many bosses...

my boss is an older guy (around 60 i think) and he is great, easy to talk to and good friend. he is ok as long as the work is done and done properly no matter how long it takes... so far i've found its the co-workers u gotta watch out for. i have one who is my age and he just shits me off his names simon and me and another worker call him simple simon... some things he does are just so stupid.
i also work with a scottish guy and he is great, makes a joke out of everything and everyone and does it with a straight face, i dont know what to think half the time
