old or new?

assume you have 60k to 70k to spend on a weekend car (something you wouldn't use every day). would you buy a classic like a phase 3 or boss mustang or would you go for the latest gt. i'd go for a '69 boss 302.

Yes definately a GT preferably a Phase 3 but all the other older GT's would be fine.

def the mustang or any other classic, because or emotional/investment combination you cant go past them although new cars do have there place but for me i prefer classic cars

It's better to remain quiet and let people think you are a fool then to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Yeah I'd got the old car if it was a weekender but if I really had 60-70k I'd be getting a GT for a every day driver.
Assuming I already had this.....
I'd spend 70k on a 92 Ford Sierra Cosworth Sapphire track car and go racing every weekend!!!

I'd get me half a 1966 Shelby GT 350!

Actually with 70k my first choice would be a refurbished DeLorean DMC12 in from the states, right hand drive conversion and about half a tank of petrol.

Doesn't matter, I'll only need half a tank before something brakes and I wont be able to fix it.

Damn drug charges......

I'd love a Shelby Cobra replica, in the current Phantom color with either a 5.0L EFI windsor or a big 427.
