Just been in touch with the President of the "WA Tickford Owners club" and he was after some old Sales Brochures of XR6's and XR8's and also any Tickford GT posters to add to the clubs library. If anyone has any of these items or know where they can be obtained I will put you in contact with him.
The club is keen to preserve not only the cars, but also alot of the smaller items that tend to vanish for all enthusiasts to enjoy and use.

You can obtain them from ford I believe.
I got them to mail me an brochure (can't spell) for the EB II fairmont's a while ago.

I have a few limited docs from FORD that are photo copied which do the job, but Tickford seem to be less involved with their record keeping, it's the entusiasts which generally hang on to these things. If anyones owned a brock commodore (I have), HDT's records were much the same as Tickfords with mods and other things done on the line with limited records due to lower build numbers than other companies (HSV etc). Hence the man on the street that bought these cars seems to know more than they think and it is this info as well as more mainstream documents that the club is after. Please if you can help, do. This info is shared with other Tickford clubs and also with non members who are just after info on their cars.

mmmmm i have all the brochures from EB XR6 to present plus XR8 sprint mini poster all in good condition,dont think ill part with them though,perhaps a good offer will change my mind

Its suprising how much gets lost in a few years, all pamplets, records, etc.
