About 4 weeks ago we nearly got hit by one they didn't know about. It came out from behind the sun and was past us before it was spotted. IT isn't the ones they know about that is the problems it is the one's they don't
There's been some media about this topic of late in the media. The scientists/astronomers are saying the govt is not doing enough (ie $$$) to monitor these asteroids/other space junk and one day sh*t is going to hit the fan, or rather something large and heavy will hit the earth.

You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windscreen. It said, 'Parking Fine.'So that was nice.
I don't think our technology is capable of blocking or altering the path of asteriods or space junk.
When dealing with space a slight miss calculation can be like 1 light year out.
So conclusion give or take it might hit us or it might not. :crazy1:
