Does seem right on the money for the sort km's. If the engine has been looked after 165k is only just after run in. Make sure you pay good attention to the radiator, fluid hoses, anything to do with the cooling system. As far as there in good nick the engine will be fine. The usual service logs is a good idea too.
If the whole appearance of the car is immaculate especially the interior then you should be pretty right.
