Hi I have had optus tv for a while now and now theyre threatening to take animal planet off.Whydont optus wake up..they are not good people or dont give a damm about the customer.Ipay around 60 dollars a month and they keep pulling channelsoff.The amount ofchannels i hate seem to stay.The day i signed up they pulled off 1 of the 2 music channels.I dont want 3 sports channels,mtv sux with too much talking and not enough music,shopping channel well it speaks for itself..Why should i pay for crap i dont need.Theres a list of 12 staions which are crap but i wont go into here..Another gripe i have with them is that my business websiteis hosted on their servers ..yet a search in their search engines will not find me...I have cable internet ,telephone ,website ,tv all with optus and in my business they are the only ones who haventgive me a call to do 1 phone insallation.Vodafone telstra have given me their support before but not them..I dont know maybe their management is busy trying to look important to notice .I am worth 2000 dollars to them a year minimum.

But..... Why carnt one choose the channels they want and pay for those, rather than get crap thrown in.

still cant choose your own channels with foxtel.... you pay for a set of them and thats what you get, if you want another channel that is in a different pack you have to pay for the entire lot

I sugest you try talking to them a bit more rather then complaining about it here. you will find most ppl are willing to help, and if they are not able to it is becuase of limitations which every company has

Exactly the reason I won't get pay tv.
