i have been registered for ages, its just that when i come into fordforums from the favourites list it doesnt log me in so i browse around as a guest and log in if i want to post.

so i gues you could say 19 registered and 30 guests? :D

OK smavid. That would annoy me though, as a logged in member you can see what you have and haven't read and go immediately to your first unread post rather than trawling throught the posts until you get to where you left off.

If people like the site they will join, if there's negative comments about lurkers we might loose some genuine Ford people . I know there could be some bad (anti-Ford, etc) people lurking but hopefully there's some genuine ones aswell. I could be just full of it but a positive outlook is better to have than a negative one( not that I'm calling you negative mate ).

If you realy want to know I was actually a lurker for quite a few months . This was due to me being a bit(ie alot) slack aswell as only getting on the net about once a week, due to bad shift roster, and taking alot of time trying to catch up on all the posts I'd missed. So you never know who might be lurking .
