ok i have just had my plan upped to 10G a month for no extra charge and they have told me i also have 10meg of webspace too .
they said i need to go to this: WS_FTP95 and that will let me get to it but i dont have that anywhere on my PC....can anyone help me access the webspace?

part the way down the page you will a link called 'Using WS-FTP to Upload my Website' click on it, and have a read, it makes sense, if not ask away questions.

now it says that expires after 30 days and that i need to buy the full version. does this mean that after it expires then i wont be able to change anything in my webspace or what? are there free versions available of this that are FREE??
so if im correct then all i need to do is download (any/free version of WS-FTP) and then i just follow the steps that they have said and i can have a webpage and will be able to host pics and vids and the like?
dont really know much about this avenue of the net.

yes normally upload a index.html web page its the home page, it then ahould have links to any other files you have uploaded, or just dump files and post links direct to them.

Just seach for free ftp program Dave, or you could maybe just use windows/I:E if you can find out what the FTP address is. More or less drag and drop then.
