Anyone wathcin the news would probly have heard that petrol is tipped to hit a staggering $3.00 a litre soon (how soon?). Will this change how people go about their business? How will this impact you?
Me, im on straight gas and my mum has a company car so were not worried.

its all media hype, it was just one "expert" saying this. all the other experts thought he was a wanker i rekon.
it would effect me for sure, nobody would transport via road anymore so i'd be out of a job and i'd have to buy a bike because the v8 would cost me $150 a week to run.

lol, yeah lpg is the way to go, although in 2008 they start taxing it. But if petrol has hit three bucks a litre by then it'd probably be even better value. Be interesting to see how the decreasing supply/increasing demand for petrol affects LPG prices, a lot of LPG is actually a byproduct of petrol production. Maybe we could just organise it so that england and various other small countries get no petrol and make all the backstards walk
