Seriously though, what you are asking is illegal and shouldn't be condoned by anyone. Either your car will pass, or it won't, and if it won't, then I doubt anyone wants to share the road with your car.
i know places in canberra that are very "slack" but wont just pass something with out a bit of a look at it thats too dodgy and if u get busted its there stamp on the line doubt u will find anyone to do it
are looking at buying the car without seeing it first and want it to be in a RWC or are you wanting to have your car pink slipped without the testers seeing it?
