Point Proven: Holden ppl have bad attitude!
An interesting event took place last friday. Had the XB out for a small cruise about town and met some fellow ford enthusiasts down near the bridge. Initially my friend and i parked away from them and just walked over to admire their fords (1 XA, 2 XY's). In no time i got my car next to theirs and got really friendly with them. It was surprising to me to notice how well we were getting on, swapping knowledge, stories and laughs for a good 40 minutes and then we split ways.
Go to Harrys and get parked in by a commodore ute hanging with his mates driving 4 cyls. There were a few holden fans there and it seemed the only thing they could do was try to take a stab at me saying that my head gasket has blown. Don't thinks so i reply, then they proceed to show me what was coolant up near my front right tyre trying to prove a point. However if they looked closely they would notice the puddle was not leading to my engine bay and even so, if it was mine, coolant doesn't drip uphill (Hmmm...). This was folowed by strange looks like we were some enemy, and their tones were like they wanted to test our patience. Totally opposite vibes to associating with ford fans.
Do you agree, have you had any similar experiences.
