Well, AP ordered a BA GT a while back, but with the issue of two big dogs (and all that fur they leave everywhere), a house renovation, and a motorbike to haul around a Pursuit Ute is mighty tempting.
Problems with a ute include cart springs, no Traction Control (GP and HJ are tightwads for not putting it on, no 4 channel ABS notwithstanding), and no side airbags.
So, Mr Sparkles said I should put it to a poll on FF.
So, go to it (as if I'll pay attention anyhow.......)

My first thought would be the ute, but with that kind of power and no traction control you'd spend time wheel spinning instead of taking off hard. Also if the mod bug bits again and your after more power, then that problem just compounds, although it would be a nice problem to have.
I'd go the sedan. You can buy car seat covers, get a decent vaccum and get a mate to tow the mighty KTM. Small price to pay when you compare the time you'd be doing the above to the time your driving it day in day out.
I would go the Falcon GT Aussie Pete. Yeah, I know, you would miss out on the Leaf Springs (tm) and all, but you have got to take the good with the bad.
I think it would be a better all round car, and if you want to do a bit of racing with it, it would be much better balanced.
Like Grunter said, you can put seat covers or a blanket on the back seat for the puppies (my brother does the same for his two Labradors in his EL XR6). As for towing a bike, you can always fit a tow bar.
My two cents worth......

Yep, go the GT. Can't you get some special blankets or somesuch to cover the rear seats when the doggies are in there?
Providing that FPV don't stooge us and make a towbar an option you could get (if you haven't already got one) a trailer for the motorbike. Dunno if it's possible, or even legal, but maybe you could get a dog trailer to put the dogs in.
Definitely go the GT! You know you want to...

Yep! I thought a poll would convince him that the sedan is the way to go.

Stick with the Falcon GT mate. Calculate the percentage of time you drive by yourself and with the hounds.
Besides, don't you have the EBII Wagon halfDozen and LSUG(tm) to carry the the dogs and do the towing.

Yeah, but aren't utes the cool thing at the moment? And they have better resale......
BTW; subliminal messages do not work Grunter - because that thought is firmly in my head already!
