nah they'd be more careful than that..

plus they have heaps of people blindly buying whatever holden tells them is good(not that ford is any different. this country is nothing if not for brand loyalty)

I can't see them doing an AU. Along the line everyone has good & not so good cars but I can't see them doing anything that would polarise opinions as much as it did

There was nothing wrong with the au, just the looks werent too flash lol. I still reckon au2-3 with an XR kit with wheels looks awesome

Not only an attack against Holden, but an attack against underdog Falcon models as well. Hardly necessary in my opinion.

Just read the latest MOTOR. Apparently it will be based on (or at least very similar) to the Cadillac CTS so I reckon they're off to a good start.

Decent IRS, SLALS front suspension, modern DOHC donks - now where I have seen all that recently. Oh that's right, my nearest Ford dealer.

I think part of the AU's problem was the styling was ahead of it's time. I'm sure that in a few years time it won't be considered to have been that bad. Possibly the opposite in fact.
