Invite the dark side again? They seemed to keep to themselves... And Geoff!
Maybe something could be done, a kind of mix of last years dinner and lunch events? Ie, drag more Ford people along... depends on people availability I guess. I think we found out just as much over the walkabout lunch as we did in the auditorium presentation.
while attending a LS1 event up Mt Donna Buang I found a BBQ spot which was mostly under cover and also had a fireplace in it.
Even if it's freezing or raining (or both) it would not be a bad place. There is a very large car park ... may have to go back during day time to see what it looks like and take some pics
I liked the Dinner with the Holden Boys last Raid. I think it would be good to do it again. The Barbeque is also a good idea, I think it worked well at the Drags.

Me too, but this time make sure the quoted meal prices include GST!

BBQ sounds better than a dinner. We can have a ton of people, cars everywhere etc without the hassles of parking - plus we can choose and cook the foods ourselves. There'd be plenty of BBQ-masters in the group for sure.

no kidding. I did not like the fact that I had to pay extra for everyone due to someone elses greed. We were told that the price included GST. So it was a price hike, but then again this is another story for another thread.
