cool Real 0-100km/h times

Yeah sorry for starting a new thread about this but i couldn't find Ayemans thread "Once and for all".

Well i tried the 0-100km/h yesterday. Unfortunately it's not an accurate indication of what the EF can do, as it was wet and the start uphill and it was done on a freeway onramp.

Anyways doen the test with a new K&N filter and got 8.7 secs. Not real happy with the times, i will re-attempt it when weather is better. I think times of 8.0's flat or a tad under would be my aim.

Is that what you have put on it or what you have got it up too?

Sorry! I drive a KE Laser as a second car, I know what it feels like.

Thank You,

I made it myself. It's a photo of my car and I edited it with an animation program. Very simple to do with the right program.

not sure why you're not happy with 8.7 it's VERY fast.VS commodore done it in 10.5-11
And not sure about the filter seems like it doesn't help much unless you're using twin turbos plus few superchargers and stuff!!

Yeah probably the reason why i didn't feel much difference is that i was running a performance filter initally O2Rush, but was gettign worried about he foam as it gets older, i got the K&N mainly for better dust retention. Will give it a blast in the dry though to assess it properly. :s6: :s6:

I thought a VS commo would go quicker than that, i know they go alot harder than a VT.
