Some Herrod distributors need a price check.

I was quoted $770 to supply and fit a sureshift today. It was only a month or so ago that the same place quoted $660.

I've now booked the car in with some one else for $160 cheaper.

jamie ive taken my lightning shifter out cos i thought it was making a slight noise, but with it out the noise is still there so that wasnt it

think i prefer it with just the short stick rather than the short stick AND shifter so if you want it and it works with the BA setup its yours mate

Thanks Mate, it would work on the BA as it's the same gearbox. I've got the car booked in already for the sureshift so I'll leave it at that.

I did when I was first quoted $660. I spoke to Rob personally and asked what he was doing them for to compare them.

I haven't spoken to him about the $770 quote though. I've just gone elsewhere and I'm happy now with the price that BOSSGT from the forums has quoted me.
