Rear Horse Power Comparo

Guys, I've been wanting to post the SAS Dyno Day Results from the holden guys at LS1.
This gives us a real kw for kw comparo for us ford guys. Be interesting talk me thinks...

Have to say the guys with LS1's are gettin some decent figures.

Be interesting what the mods of these LS1 guys cars are??? Strife, Brendan, Hobbes or Morgs can you assist us in getting these info.

Gee that RWKW figure from the VT S is scary... Please tell me it isnt the supercharged version?

most of them have bolt on mods, cold air induction MAF, a couple had unichip and 1 or 2 a fuel rail mod and exhaust

Most of those results are just bolt-ons, Exhaust, Headers, MAF, cold air, ported throttle body.

My SS has 180Kw at the rears with cold air intake and 3" single cat-back exhaust.

There is an breakdown of the Mods and Power at www.holdenls1.com , under Dynoday@SAS.

You will need Excel to view.

Nah it's the ecotec Buick V6. Apparently the eaton supercharged 6 makes 112kw at the wheels.

Thats good news for me that the V6's are puttin out these figures. :D :D :D

Yeah that would be interesting reading. I must say it's good to see the local products fords and holdens getting good power these days. No need to look of shore IMO for a car that hauls.
