I own an AUI Fairmont with all the Tickford options but there is one thing that I would still love to get. That is, the 2nd rear wing on my spoiler. I reckon they look really nice, but my car is already black so it won't stand out as much as it does on a different coloured car. Obviously back then, they were not fitted part of the bodykit on Fairmont's unlike the XR's which had them, but I feel like it would finish off the look of the car. Behold the price for getting one, fitted by a Ford dealer, $650!!! I live near Herrod in Thomastown and they could do it for $575, but geez, I cannot for the life of me understand how it can be so much! The original spoiler with lights and all is not even that much? I thought the guy was joking when he told me, but yeah, it's true! I just found it funny and thought I would share it, cheers.

get an aftermarket one, much cheaper!

Do you reckon it would be possible to find a second hand one around? There was a guy selling one but he is in Brisbane and I'm 3000km down south!

Hey fte22, welcome to the boards.

I had a AUI XR6 and got an aftermarket bi plane wing from Stillwell Ford in Cotham Road Kew. I think it was around $140.00 unpainted. Had it painted and fitted it myself all up around $280.00. Or try Canberra Car Styling
