Ford has lost an absolute legend and gentleman. I will always have good memories of him. Rest in peace mate. My condolences to his friends and family. This is the worst news I have heard for a very long time, an absolute tragedy.. /me goes and huddles in corner.

Re: RIP Howard

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Howard at the 1999 Tickford day. What a legend and absolute gentleman.

He's an icon of the motoring world and will be sadly missed.

Re: RIP Howard

This is very sad news. I can only hope he wasn't in any great pain before he passed away.
