I swear my car must be a magnet to animals. I ran over yet another possum last night. Even though there was absolutely no way of avoiding it, I still feel really bad about it. It must be the 3rd one this year. I guess it doesnt help living in an area with probably Sydney's highest population of wildlife.

Keep thinking I could have done something, but I would'nt pull off a dangerous manouvre to avoid an animal.

Just had to get it off my chest. Being an animal lover makes it worse.

sucks dont it! the worst thing is if there blood and you dont get it off, gets hard to get off!!! hit a foz last year, was the 3rd car in a line to hit it, saw it run under the first, pop out under the second then straight under my tyre...poor fella didnt move

also hit a possum a while ago, heard the thump on the sump guard on my bro's EA and saw him roll around but got up and ran away..... he better remember that i didnt kill him and NEVER run on my roof like the others

I've hit a few rabbits: scary moment when the front tyre aquaplanes on the blood puddle at 140 km/hr.....

i cleaned up a feral cat in a toyota dyna i got it on the exaust bracket bent it all up the cat was huge i also got a wombat in the old cruiser i hit the skids and slowed down heaps and tryed to steer around it but i herd the thump as it hit the front diff i got out to move the bugger off the road but he was off and climbing the banl on the side of the road there ****in tough bastards
