well, it was going to happen sooner or later. turning across an intersection this afternoon, a 4wd (i hate thise f*#ken things) pulled across the front of my car, completely blocking my view. i gestured for them to let me know if anything was coming as i cant see through cars, and they wouldnt do anything...i got out to ask (i hadnt sworn or made rude gestures) and kim (i know...funny name for a ghuy) gets out, says 'whats your problem, and i tell him i cant see through his car, and he calls me a jerk and flicks his cigarette butt at me / the car. well, i call him a bitch (which was at the time, and still is quite funny) andf he doesnt like that much. he squares up, grabs my face and gives a push. nothing much. he then walks away when his skanky wife starts getting scared. i was not going to back down from this c*#t. anyway, a cop car drives past just as i am getting back into my car.

in hindsight, half of me wishes i had thrown a punch. and then anopther etc etc. but the other half knows that;

1. it would have felt good, but would onlyhave aggravated the situation
2. chances are, if i had got started, the cops would have seen me laying into him and i would have got into the shit
3. i dont have a police record...i dont need one.

it just shits me that people this arrogant have licences, and worse still, drive cars that bloody big with roo bars. i know i did the right thing, but i jyst cant help thinking that maybe, just maybe, it would have been good to kick the crap out of this prick.

sorry to hear about ya bay.
Why does it always seem to be these 4WD wankers, I am not stereotyping them but it always sems to be either a 4WD(in NTH QLD), or a "P" plater(in VIC).

Glad ya didnt hit him mate, less trouble.

Yeah, it's not worth hitting the guy. If you have luck like I do, you would be the one charged for assult.

I nearly got out at the lights to have a go at this stupid bitch in an excel who decided she wanted to get in front of me to get first spot at a red light. We were in an 80 zone heading down a steep hill towards the red light and she cuts in front an slams the brakes on. I'm sure she would have ran the red if there wasn't a camera on the them. I nearly run up the back of the car and has a hide to have a go at me because I blew the horn at her. I was so closed to getting out of the car and smacking her through the window but it just isn't worth it.

Assault is an on-the-spot fine in NSW now and so he wouldn't have got away with it I assure you. With the useless Police force backing the law abiding citizens up (i.e. no use at all) these people need to know they can't get away with that sort of behaviour. I reckon one time, just one single time, that guy gets a return salvo he'll think twice next time won't he? These sort of people rely on the fact that 99% of people respect the law and won't fight back. After my recent experience, my attitude has changed and it has already worked for me.

On the weekend I get some guy who dislikes my dog and kicks him. Now I could have called the cops (who I know will not do anything) but instead I worked this guy over verbally, pushed him around, and did everything to make his life a misery until he finally apologised (I was however careful not to actually hit/punch him). I can guarantee he won't be kicking a dog for quite a while!
