Haven't seen any destroyed here in NZ (sadly). You wonder what's worse: coppers out for the money as revenue-earners or these things. Probably why Kiwis haven't touched them. Where's a latter-day Robin Hood when you need him?

I think its better to have them than cops around, I never get caught by them, however, have been done many times by real cops....
