saw an BA today!!

it was when i was coming into geelong near that round about before cario at about 2:00. It looked prety sweet, it was black and totally unmasked!!

I think it could have been a fairmont..im only sayin that because it had mags and a bit of chrome on the bonnet. Does that forte have a small stripe of chrome under the rear tail-lights because this one did.

It is SO much lower than the AU..and has good presence on the road..looks like it has big shoulders (now thats a lay-mans term).

I know you guys are probably getting sick of these threads but its about time ive seen one..i go along that road enough.

Anyway good stuff ford..im impressed.

I'm not sick of these sighting threads. Cannot get enough BA info. Keep them coming. Every member sees something different and all input adds another piece of the BA puzzle. For those of us who haven't seen a BA it all helps particularly as the official info has dried up over the last 2 weeks. Being in the West it will still be a few weeks before we get to see one in the flesh. Only approx 40 sleeps to go!

I saw a BA today also...

Only had a quick glimpse, it was travelling the other direction along the Princess Hwy, near Geelong...

First time I've seen one uncovered on the road (seen countless disguised ones.

Anyway it looked to be a Forte - No chrome surrounds on the grill, no lights in the bumper -- it had the black surrounds in the headlights.

Fantastic looking car. Muscular, good proportions. Wish I could have got a better look at it!

I saw a truckload of uncovered BA Fairmonts being unloaded outside Ford in North Geelong on Monday arvo. They looked.....ummm.....can't think of a good enough word to describe it!!! Very clean and classy...
Hehe when I went past a second time the whole left lane of the highway had slowed to a crawl with crew checking them out!

I saw an unmasked Black BA ute on Dorset rd near Bayswater on Monday. Couldn't believe it, he was coming the other way. It was the type of ute with the metal tray on the back. Now I have seen 4 Barra Falcons in the flesh.

I saw one yesterday out the front of the cop shop.
White Fairmont i reckon had a V8 badge on it. And a hood thingy.
But it had some ugly shadecloth over the grill.
I saw this in Kununurra out in the boondocks. 3 days from anywhere.(not really but it feels like that)
drove past it about 7 times just to makr sure......
