Whats the best way to remove smoke odours from your car? I have a friend that smokes, and I one day (stupidly) let him smoke in the car while we were driving around. Now it reeks of stale smoke smell.
Anyone got any solutions??

febreze, with some car freshener mixed in with it, the febreze dries with in 2/3 hours and the car freshener soaks into the seats (it also dries), I had to do this when i took my mum and sister for a drive (heavy smokers), It's also good for squirting down the air vents leaving them smelling nice.

No Vac is also good, You can get it from Safeway.
It's a Foam Carpet Deodoriser, you spray it on and don't have to vacuum off.
It's only about $4.00 but works a treat.
Safeway also sell a good spray deodoriser that I get all the time, it's a shell brand and comes in different smells. It's around $5.00 but last's for months.

I use these pelets, you put them in the ashtray.. Used on the the vommit smell, it can get rid of that it works just as well on smoke, just pour some into the ashtray.. You can get it from most servos aswell

You should try some Glen 20. Just spray the stuff on the seats and carpet or just spray it around the inside of the car and it should get rid of the smell pretty quickly.

lol I wont even let my gf smoke in my car..hehe

I just brought a car that was from a smoker..bugger even left butts in the ash tray! So I brought a bottle of deodoriser (sp?) that was specifically for smoke smells from supercheap. Used the ENTIRE bottle on everything..carpet, seats, ash tray you name it.

I couldn't sit in the car for about a day as the smell of the deoderiser was waaaay to powerful so I just let it air on a nice day. Two weeks later it still smells like the deodersoer but its hardly there and has a nuetral smell.

Something else I would reccommend is cleaning the inside of the windows, you will be amazed at the amount of black crap that comes off.
