He must have supply to pretty crap gear.. I partially recall the last time I got ratted a number of years back, I had to watch TV with one eye closed because I was seeing double, and it wasn't like your 'I've just polished off a keg and a few bottles of bourbon seeing double', it felt like one eye was pointing forwards and one eye pointing backwards. I wasn't trusted to go to the kitchen for a munchy raid as it ended up in mass spillage the first time.
Would have been safe behind the wheel though, would have just passed out after several hours of trying to put the key into the ignition.
You could likely say the same about alcohol consumption in that rate and type affects you differently, but at least we have a quantitative method of determining your blood alcohol level. Maybe a test could be devised using tim tams and the amount consumed in a 60 second period....?
