big day for me today.......

after 9 years of hard work and huge learning curves , today i sold my business.

started out right on 9 years ago this week as a complete

having no experiance in small business or window tint, etc.
decided that i would give it a go and see what happened .

big gamble but you do things like that sometimes.

after building the business up from virtualy nothing over 9 years into a well known and respected bussiness , today i have handed it over to the new owners .will be staying on for 2 months to help them settle in.

feels kind of wierd now ...............?????

havn`t got any definate plans for the future , lots of ideas , just need to see what works out.

hope to do some travelling

get to play with my car more

get a life

but just now i feel a bit like a lost sheep

Congratulations!! I imagine one day I will sell my share of the company, but must admit it will be kind of a happy and sad moment.

Hope you did well out of the sale and have set yourself up nicely for lifes next challenge!

thanks for the replies guys,

its going to be good to have some time off for myself for a change.
but saying that, i dont regret going into business st all as it was a great experiance and somthing that i`d wanted to do for a long time.

i did ok out the sale, didn`t make a million but sold at a fair price for both of us and i will have enough to get me started in something eles or maybe a very good deposit for a house somewhere.

might get a normall job for a while , look at getting back into heavy industry , maybe the mines.???

yeah that proberly the area that i will be looking at.

might get back into the tinting etc again one day but looking for a bit of a change for a while first. can still do a bit part time to keep my hand in.

my computer went with the business when i sold so thats why its taken me a while to respond, need to buy a laptop soon.
