I just realized I am responsible for Fords bad season in 2000 and the bad start to '01.


It was Bathurst '99, 30 laps from the end I thought ford have won this thing for sure with the way the rat was powering away. I went and bought a FORD flag(white with just the blue logo) to wave at the victory. when I returned track side to watch the rest of the race unfold as I saw No18 in the pits with a blown tire. Anyhow I went home and hung the flag in my room and until 8 weeks ago it hung there, 'til i had to move it, so I folded it up.

NOW... Ford have taken victory 3 times.

Once again I apologize...the flag was cursed forn that race in 1999.
