yep... I'd happily click an "I Agree" button to some sort of agreement thing, just to stop someone else making money out of something I might happen to see.. Afterall, If I cant use something from them, then by rights, they shouldnt be allowed to use something of mine. One hand washes the other..

websites are protected by copyright same as emails etc

Under australian legislation it may breach copyright by quoting a post without the owners consent same as forwarding emails etc.
