Went to see Starsky & Hutch tonight and loved it. Started a little slow but got going well especially every time that Ford lit up those rear tyres, just wanted to go home and get out the GT for some fun. By the way does anyone know what model ford it was and motor it came out with? The music takes me back a bit but i guess im starting to show my age.
Good movie i recommend it for a laugh.

The original limited edition "made for public" models consisted of the the 390 big block and fmx trans and a grand total of 11 yep, all of eleven of them were ever made from ford in the Starsky & Hutch color schemes!!

err, that year gran torino didnt come with a 390....
i believe the original is a 73 gran torino with a 460, they were also available with a 351, and a 302 windsor..
