STi Subaru Legacy
Though not a Ford, I find the Subaru's still an interesting car. This grabbed my interest.
Subaru's high performance arm STi has turned it's attention to the Legacy and has produced a model "Legacy S401 STi ". The S401 is a development of the already potent RSK B4 Sedan. STi has enhanced the engine to produce 216kW at 6400 rpm and torque is up to 343 Nm. The AWD is now fed through a six speed box which was reserved for the STi Impreza until now. The AWD features limited slip front diff , viscous centre diff and limited slip rear.
The S401 retains the same Bilstein dampers with 18 inch wheels shod with 215/40 ZR18 tyres. Brakes are Brembo ventilated disc with ABS.
The car has a full STi body kit with larger bonnet scoop feeding air to the intercooler and a front air dam similar to the STi Impreza.
The Legacy S401 STi takes it's name from the number of cars produced. There will be just 401 cars produced.
