Just dropped my car off at Strapp Ford for its 200,000km service.

Its great to see that they have very professional facilites and staff, so far thousands of times better that any other Ford dealer that I have been to.

Will let you guys know on how well the service goes.

I took it down there and spoke to Jarrett last week. (was very very impressed with time he took to chat about what they would do during the service)

I want to book for my service, but I found the form a bit confusing.
By the way, where is the form now that we have the new layout?

any ideas on the form that you would like changed, I think its a wrok in progress so any idea would help.

Does the form only apply to the Burwood centre, as its more convenient for me to go to Kew?

Nah You do not have to use the form to book. It was something that we setup with Strapp to help members on here.

I have emailed my contact at Strapp to see if it would only apply to the Doncaster or Burwood centre.

I do not think that it would, but let me make sure.

Probably just a little thing, but I didn't know where I should put the km's in, ie. 80,000km service, because then they ask if I have LPG etc, if it's due for service and so on.

How long should it be before I receive a reply, because I've left my timing a bit late?
