Anyone seen the new mag? It's got Gary Myres new silver mustang on the cover & MR 0250, which is a green turbo xf falcon. It is a very smick lookin car with the balls to match.
I think there was a thread on the stang a while back..an absolute joke to put a hemi in a ford, what the hell was it thinking....(i think thats the same car)

One thing I'm noticing in Street Machine is the trend of old Ford hot-rods, 1930s stuff, with Small-block Chevy V8's in them. Damn people, Ford car is meant to have Ford engine!

Until you start getting into Pro-Nitro Stuff (ie: Top Fuel, Funny Car etc).. a Windsor can do everything a Hemi can. I'd much rather a 2000hp 400ci+ Windsor then a Hemi, in a Mustang.
no doubt hemis are awesome engines. I personally think the 426 hemi is the greatest v8 produced. but like steffo said, he could of got the same power out of a ford motor. A big block 427 'cammer' or something like that would of been much more suitable!!
the XF looks very smooth. and Myers stang looks amazing, to see the chassis/body work thats gone into it makes you appreciate the car more. who cares if its got a hemi - get over it!!
also in the mag -
a very cool Mercury lead slead.
